gin in the tea aim to provide a supportive environment in which risks can be taken, creating work which explores complex topics with humour, energy and sensitivity; to embrace the skills that each member of the group brings, to develop them and to allow the work and each other to benefit from them; and to create theatre with strong, exciting and realistic roles for women.
